**** me it's been an hour and I am still waiting to play a game. It let me start RYSE but once I chose campaign and difficulty I have another install bar which seems to be stuck at 95%
 
Dispite ordering with the others that got in with the Amazon ones im still in "Awaiting Dispatch".

Would there be any takers you think for the Fifa code to sell?
I didn't mean here sort of would anyone evn be interested in it on the MM?

Also, the *******s at Currys have taken the money from my card for the deal that isn't happening ( fair enough, didn't think it would) but to take the money!
I assume I can expect that back auomatically!?

Does amaze me that people wait for console releases to buy and sell a bit then wont do anything like it till another console comes out and they rub there hands at the prospect of paying for a free console, if you can buy and sell consoles you can buy and sell anything and make money every day rather than every few years!
 
I think I'm going to cancel my Game pre order, it's phase 3, apparently guaranteed before xmas but I hear its unlikely now at various places. Also its so annoying that people are waiting for pre orders yet they still sell them in shop in those hugely expensive bundles!

Curry's charged my card to, I sign into my account and it says to be delivered 3 - 5 workings days from 25th November.

Just emailed them. If I don't hear nothing by the end of the week, I'll give them a call.

I appreciate you are speaking generally but in my case its the first time I've done something like this. My salary is good and I could have most things I've wanted at the drop of a hat within reason but I'm trying to be good and put away a percentage of my wage each month. Now if I buy an xbox for £429 + games its easily over £500 and its not even xmas yet and will majorly affect my rainy day fund strategy (or Barings 88888 account as I like to call it). So I decided this year I would wait and buy mine next year and see If I can sell any consoles I get for a small profit which can then pay towards mine. I already had two on launch day from Tesco and wasn't really expecting anything till someone posted the link to stockinformer and I managed to bag 4 more. From this experience though its made me want to sell a lot more of my stuff I don't need so its be quite positive to be fair.

I received 3 dispatch emails with RM tracking numbers today for my Orders of Killzone Vita, Lego Vita and Knack PS4..

Will see if anything turns up. MOney has been taken from my bank.

There's not as many things that are clearly going to make money though to be fair.

They are cancelling got an email about it despite them charging me and giving tracking numbers that £20 off ain't happening boys
 
This might have been already reported, but it looks like you can force the xbox into 1080p 50hz, which totally fixes the issues with TV judder and softness using the HDMI pass through (Sky HD in my case). It doesn't seem to me that games are unduly affected - I can't discern any adverse issues with either forza or mw4 so fsr, both are as smooth as would be expected at 60hz.
 
Battlefield has decided to lose all my campaign progress even tho I have achievements it now thinks I haven't played any campaign.Seriously considering just taking this back to Argos, after broken pad and the crashing playing battlefield, now losing my progress I am just having no luck with the console
 
Anyone know how to browse videos on my PC form my Xbox one?

I have set my PC so I can right click on the video file and I can send it to my Xbox. The wife's not going to like this is we cant select a video from the lounge and stream it through the Xbox.

I don't know how the old xbox did it but I used PS3 media server to stream vids to my PS3.

Yep, all mine lost too. Teething problems.

And that is why I said earlier on the lack of ability to save games yourself without it pushing to cloud was a load of arse. I always back up to mem stick after completing a session on the 360 and it's saved me tons of times.

In that situation you would be able to recover it.

This will happen so often, you only have to look at xbox achievements to see the number of games with save issues over the years.

Obviously there will be problems to start with but give it time, the cloud is the future no more plugging in memory sticks that's so last gen
 
Mine dropped out of a game twice earlier for some odd reason, but only when the match finished. I might have been dropped for a premium member or something.

Been getting into the multiplayer more though and have had some decent performances, although I still can't aim for toffee with the controller just yet as I'm far too use to aiming using a gaming mouse lol. Using the pad is a whole different game, but rewarding at the same time. Got my first proper knife kill as well, then a counter knife kill on a guy who killed me twice in a row. Satisfying!!!!!!

Add me on live if you fancy some squad based action guys. I'll play as whatever class is required as I'm equally crap with all of them...
