**XBOX ONE** Official Thread

As much as I love it all, and despire the hardware fault etc.. I'm not 100% sold on the controller at all, just feels too stretched for me, thumbstick is a bit smaller and that bit is a big difference, and the bumpers are a bit :( especially the right hand one!

If I did not then others would, the markets are setup on supply and demand. I am not taking your money but infact have mentioned its worth going to visit your local Asda if you are in the market for one, there's no greed in that. It really isn't as profitable as making a quick £150 by the way there are substantial fees along the way.

Such a weak, zero morals argument. It's wrong because people like YOU are the ones making the low supply issue even worse and artificially driving up the price, then you claim it is fair because of the high level of demand!! When ticket touts do this everyone is enraged.

If I had been in the queue behind you in Asda and I was looking for an xbox (as you are advising we all do) would you have left one there for me to buy?! Like **** you would. It's profiteering pure and simple and no different from the deplorable acts of ticket touts. Try selling them in the MM ;)

So, has anyone had any problems with their controllers?

My day one edition buttons stick and jam, and my standard controller casing was loose. I took that one back to Game and got a replacement controller. This controller is now also coming loose (where you grip the controller with your hands) its loose and squeeky - horrible!

If I keep taking them back they'll sure accuse me of dropping them, but that is not the case and it feels as though it's shaking itself loose!

My console became really noisy last night, and didn't always read the disk last night.. to top it off, if I want it returned and replaced quicker than 14 days, you have to pay!!!! What a JOKE.

A few people have said the same thing about feeling loose and theres a fair few posts on the xbox support forums. So I wouldn't be concerned with what Game 'may' accuse you of. If you're getting faulty controllers you're entitled to have it replaced.

Mine has a slightly dodgy LB button but isn't to bad. Asda gave me a partial refund for the price of a controller so I could keep it and go buy another as they would have to replace the whole console and don't have an ETA on when replacement stock is due.

If your drive has the noisy problem just go direct to MS and get them to swap it out bypassing GAME altogether.

I actually asked the two people behind me but they were not there for xbox ones.

How do I add friends? I tried to add someone but I just ended up following them. Can't figure out how to make them a full fledged friend. :p

Also, can you take screenshots to share? If so, how?

Yea, some how you have to "follow" them back, and I cant find away to distinguish who is just following me, and which ones I hit to "follow back", the friends list is VERY confusing in this manner.

Quite a few places seem to be getting fresh stock in so why doesn't Amazon get my bloody console in that's due for delivery on the 13th?

Maybe they have them but their workers can't pick them fast enough so keep getting 3 points and the sack :-D

Places do seem to be getting stock, little annoying when you find out someone who pre-ordered after you have had theirs dispatched, but all to do with what bundle you bought I think.
