Thanks. Still baffled, I've don't everything port forwarded, uPNP but cannot shift the strict NAT! Never had this issue with the 360!

As long as you go in the same day, you should be fine. I've told a ton of stuff to Cex over the years and always got the price I saw on the website that day.

They usually pretty good Davey,however they will try their best to downgrade phones. A few years ago my wife got an unwanted upgrade LG smartphone which they were paying £250 for a mint condition one. It was still in the box and had never been used along with the film on the screen but for some reason the cheapo £2 headphones were not in the box when O2 sent it out. They seemed to think this dropped it from a £250 A grade to a £180 B grade

Needless to say they didnt buy it!

Listening to a podcast today, everyone was down on that. I can't imagine it will be that long to fix. The only person who wasn't down on the xbone was the one person in the team who didn't use any of the features and only used it to game single player. Any of them that used the console as it was advertised 'the all in one blah blah' was pretty dismissive of the console.

2nd hand, they give the same price for new and 2nd hand it just has to be boxed.

I lie actually, they knocked £5 off because the box was marked so it was £512.
