Shoddy quality control, they obviously are not tested very thoroughly.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they are being repaired as fast as they are being sent in due to a large volume of Scorpio editions going faulty.

My third scorpio is on its way to me from Germany. This one better be working and not have a stupid loud fan or I'm just going to jump all the the piece of ****.
I remember when my third died I did give it a damn good slap on the top of the case... It did make me feel better!

Yep.My tracking still says parcel details received, so looks like UPS still needs to pick it up, is yours with UPS?
Y
Yep.
Yep that's what I did and I received an email today stating that Ms had received my faulty console.Hey guys, can someone help me please who has done an advanced exchange, I have got the replacement today but I have no clear instructions on how I send the faulty console back to MS.
I have packaged faulty console up and have the shipping label but where do I send my console? , is it a case of going to a local UPS drop off location, I have newsagents up the road that I can use?
Pretty unclear what Im meant to do.
Thanks

No, that's for you to keep and it has a tracking number on there.
Just setting up my replacement, it gets a signal, so my last one was definitely faulty. I do believe my replacement is a refurb as the sticker on the back says service date instead of manufacture date, Im not fussed as the console is in perfect condition, Its quite, but I do still need to test the fans when gaming.
