Yeah I'm also thinking it will be under £400.
I think Microsoft are going to use the Scorpio as a re-launch of the Xbox which they completely messed up on with the Xbone so they need a price that is competitive to the PS4 Pro. Actually I wouldn't be surprised if they'll take a hit on the console price in the hope to win people back.
I'm not bothered about the price as I'll be pre-ordering one anyway but I think they will be very competitive with the pricing considering they have announced a price cut for the One S already.
And only available as a "bundle", so add another £1000 for those games you didn't actually want.*
* And they will probably be second-hand copies too.

If it does come in under £400 (with a game) I will get one as I was planning to get a One S but am holding off until we get a price on Scorpio - I have my fears it is going to be in £500 territory at least for us mugs this side of pond.
People moan about exclusives and how on side poaches from the other.....people complain when they open there library up for others to play. lol
MS cant win no matter what they show today.
Ms has been lack of quality new ip and there term for exclusive is different now it's pc and Xbox, so depending how you view the term they don't have any.
Halo has become stale as has gears last gears whilst pretty was boring over all, Forza horizon 3 was breath taking and great to play.
Recore there only new ip that I can recall they barely pushed it.
I want them to show new ip like sony has been doing if they just show off a 4k gears etc it won't do anything to impress me personally
I agree with that, but then, the market hasn't shown much interest when new IPs come out.
Disagree, horizon zero dawn being most recent that has been a massive success for sony.
Going back further last of us did it for sony, all Microsoft have done is shove more gears and halo onto us.
I want them to compete again there early 360 days were amazing.
They need to give indies better support too

For a new ip that isn't bad plus look at the media stuff it gets it's all praise.

Yea but with how many PS4 owners on the market, that being a HEAVILY push game, given a free window of release with nothing else, thats not exactly a good reason to make a new IP to developers.
So what is? In your view are you happy if ms today announce nothing new?
Honestly dont know..I guess they do need that BIG new IP, but not sure what MS would go for. Unless they have signed games up from 3rd parties.
Even if they do...they will still probably make it play anywhere, so people will still say that Xbox doesn't have any exclusives etc...they keep it ONLY for Xbox..MS get slagged off for not bringing it to PC.
Way I see ms now is they don't produce exclusives in the sense of how I view the term, Xbox is a brand now very much tying pc/consoles together.
I'm more interested in the games Microsoft could show tonight rather than the updated hardware.
