They can fair add up. I've only had enough for maybe £20 of Xbox vouchers this year, but that's mostly passive earnings from using Bing as my search engine. Some people get a lot more by completing all of the challenges. The Xbox One's add up quickly.

Thanks, I guess digital xbox purchases wont be a good source with the value of gamepass though :)

Well I tried first thing in the morning with game and it put me in a que which wasn’t an issue as I was at work and at my pc.
It’s when it got to my turn the website crashed and since has been down.

So either they or their IT systems are complete shambles, seems like it is as the website has been down since 10am for me.
 
The Game I pre-ordered in this morning has not long announced they've sold out of their allocation of Series X, but still have some of the Series S.

The Game Pass app lists a bunch of daily/weekly/monthly challenges that can be worth quite a lot. It's the fastest way to earn points TBH. I just don't game enough to make the most of them.
 
Managed to get a series X from game this morning on the klarna deal. Must just have been lucky, got a confirmation email 08:23. Hope that means I got one. Trying to order one while sweating and delirious from a sickness bug is not something I ever want to do again. Didn't realize I got one as been out of it for the day and found the confirmation now so that's a bonus. Unless I'm still hallucinating now.

How does this work if I currently do the pc gamepass ultimate per month paying 14 quid or whatever it is?. Would I need to cancel that and then buy the 3 years gold then the £1 trick.
 
Got a Series X this morning on Amazon.

Now what's the deal with games...Do we need to buy Series X specific ones? Do current Xbox One games work as normal?
 
I see Amazon gave me a expected delivery day but my Game all access purchase hasn’t , will we get an update at all or just fingers crossed until near release day ?

The series S and X will play X1 games fine as well as all precious generations of xbox games, as long as part of Backwards Compatibility.

I think both GAME and Smyths are having issues with All Access purchases - both of them are down and specifically mention all access.
 
Did any lucky people manage to take advantage of the Game website error and get the Series X with a Turtle Beach headset for £320?

You can get through on Smyths, but no consoles available at stores or for delivery. Even the Xbox One S, which is weird.

I've been trying to work that out too. There seem to be a few labelled 'Series X' (or both), but then what about those that are meant to be getting upgrades? Do we buy the original then we get a free copy of the 'Series X' version?

I think I'll also add AC Valhalla and a Play and Charge Kit that should arrive on the same day.

Any other game suggestions?

I never even made it on to the Game website, login queue for an hour from 7:50 and then the site was dead!
