Currys dropped 1pm yesterday. I was refreshing on 3 phones and two pc's (my daughter was helping) and didn't get one.
Is that the normal published time for those guys? Not sure I cba to bother but will see
Decided on the S2721dgf, never got it as cheap as some people have recently but I'm happy with the price I got (£350) I just got a long wait until 2nd half of January for it.

I was looking at those yesterday, and the 2tb for £115.
I ended up buying a 1tb WD blue nvme for £80 in the end. If I don't end up needing that when I eventually buy a 1tb expansion card, I can use it in my laptop.

Looks like I’ll just wait till after Xmas to get one if they are selling out that quick.
Once the Xmas rush dies I’m sure there will easier stock to get.

I am hoping that stores will have stock for collection only when lockdown lifts which might make it more likely to get one.
Signed up for this to see if it will fix the audio stuttering I get intermittently with the Arctis 9x. Downloaded a 600meg update so I'll have a play later. Doesn't seem to have sorted the controller losing connection though.
yeah I tried my chances with that yesterday, was pointless. At 1pm the product wasn't even showing for me on their site. I kept refreshing then it appeared and was promptly told not in stock.
Like yourself I'm not in any rush for it but due to lockdown I want to try something new, getting bored. Been trying to get a new build PC with a 3080 at the moment so opted for a series x thinking
my chances would be better. Some articles I have read indicate the stock won't really normalise until April next year.

My mate in work was asked to look at one of the office workers PC as he couldn't get on Curry's site and told him why he was trying to get on there.
My mate was after a Series X as well and got one from Game a few minutes after. He told me nearly 800,000 tried accessing Curry's site
Same with me, I haven’t got mine connected up but I did plug it in and turned the power on. Couldn’t hear a thing, I had to put my ear on the top to hear if it was on, felt some wind as the fans started up. But other than that absolutely no noise whatsoever, I didn’t put a disc in which I will at some point when I get round to setting it up properly.
Compared to my one x which I thought was pretty silent, the series x is absolutely silent.
Pretty amazing if you ask me with that much power within it.
Cold War looks great on the Series S tbh, solid 60fps even with a wider field of view.

You'll probably be happy with either. I love my TB 700 Gen 2s. Impressive battery life, fantastic positional sound, strong bass, very comfortable (of course this will vary), effortless pairing, can pair to an additional Bluetooth device at the same time. 10% off if you buy direct through their store. I prefer them to my DT990s - more comfortable, better sound profile.
this. The gen 2 stealth are an awesome headset.
Luckily I didnt get that problem although i am going to an external ssd, so I wonder if power usage on the port is affecting that. I do plan to swap out the ssd to a spindle at some point, as the spindle I want to use is in use by something else at the moment so will be later I swap.

Another bug to report also, the auto reminders to take a break feature isnt working, I set mine to two hours and have had some long sessions since, no reminders.

Started using it last night, the batteries arrived almost empty, charged first 4 and were left charged in the "keep topped up" in the charger. Took two out to use today, and also put other 4 in to charge, I noticed when I put the power back in, and it was only out for about a minute, the two batteries left in there which were supposedly charged are still recharging now after 20 minutes. So once charged it doesnt seem to keep them topped up well. It doesnt charge that fast either, but I think its still an ok charger.
Also the batteries can move out of position easily, and I noticed if slightly out of position, it wont charge properly.
