Halo 5 up to 4 players, big team battle on halo 1-3 if we have more.

We also sometimes play custom games if there are more than 8 or we have an even number.

We play from 1900 on Saturday evenings.

I think I will need to do a console reset to remove dev mode partition, but I got 5 gig space back by setting reserved space to minimum. Also whitelisted now for retail retroarch. :)
 
I never replied on this, so just an update to say couldn’t fault the service for AO.com on this. Order weds morning and arrived lunchtime yesterday!

Only managed to get forza horizon and hollowknight downloaded from game pass in time to play for last night.

Forza looks great, impressed how smooth it is from a PC background, and the ‘auto hdr’ feature looks great for Hollowknight on an LG oled with it being very black backgrounds with obviously a lot of white / bright imagery. Certainly much better than when I gave it a go on PS4 a while back.

Got Jedi fallen order downloaded over night to give a go later, and gears of war 1 and 2 as never played any of those. Ridiculous amount of games to work through on game pass with more to come shortly!

Not when you play with my mate, who keeps running off and dying.

It’s the only halo that respawns you both at the last checkpoint it only one of you dies.
 
Hoping some more stock appears before Christmas! Didn't think I would be saying this but looking at getting my first Xbox since the 360 days to go alongside my PS4 Pro for best of both worlds and that amazing game pass.

Was going for PS5 but decided against the DE edition and with stock scarce now thought I'd wait until next year hopefully when they have also a black version too as the white is just nope.

Stock isn't scarce it is just we live in the digital age where scalpers just steal everything. The retailers should really do something about it to prevent it. Smyths had 12 in stockport yesterday and before I could click and check out they had already gone. Argos the same.

Well yeah that's why it's scarce to the general consumer, bots/scalpers have made it that way.

Managed to get one in my basket with AO the other day, tried for around 20-30 minutes of trying to force it through before giving up as it kept saying it was out of stock.
 
Those who'll remember my AC disc saga - still no disc (glad I didn't wait!) and PayPal have given me my money back since Ubisoft seem to have disappeared off the map.

The X really makes switching between games so quick and effortless. Haven't had this many on the go for a while. I can't believe how much fun I'm having with Halo still.

Had my first quick resume failure last night. Just hung trying to start FH4, failed twice more, and then loaded straight in. Probably took the same amount of time as it did on my One X to be fair to it. :p
 
Much has been said about scalpers but i just got an email from a company that rhymes with fox and it mentioned RTX 3000 series cards in stock.

3070 for £700. Sweet jesus, i'll stick with 1080ti thanks :D

Was looking for a PS5 but its just not worth the hassle anymore. Series X was ordered from MS within 6 minutes with £100-110 off the price too.

Do these site drop SX are the same time each day? Might have a go at bagging one

It really doesn't matter. You are going against automatic software that constantly refreshes and buys up stock as soon as it comes available. I had several stock showing all over the country on the Smyth's website. I must have seen 20-30 in batches but was too late. Same with Argos.

This will only stop when the market becomes saturated.

One seller on Ebay has outlaid over £110,000 on 250 Series X machines and made £75,000 profit.

Its an Ebay Premium Seller with over 37,000 ratings at 97%.
Unless the company in question is saying they are selling at inflated prices and actually selling them at a lower price.
Doubtful i know
