Just ordered one from Argos, collect from Oldham 16th May, requested cancellation of Very, might not get cancelled, might end uyp with 2 xbox ahhh.
Woulds I be able to just return the one to Argos within 14 days?
Can't believe Argos had them in for so long, I won't be surprised if I won't be clicking and collecting from Oldham on Sunday. Unless the motherload has arrived?

Well after umming and arring I managed to get a Series X from Argos. Odd they seemed to be in stock for ages - Mansfield collection.

I like the new update, it creates a new group called quick resume which can be added to the main list.. I can now see what is in quick resume and quit as needed!

I got mine from Very, I had the same issue where it states Direct from manufacturer. It will arrive, mine arrived via Royal Mail and had no issues even though for some reason it stated a long delivery date and the tracking was all kinds of messed up it turned up at my door a few days after ordering

I updated mine last night, for some reason I had to manually install it as it stated "Update Pending" but didnt actually install it itself. I'm liking the new Motes background and the Quick Resume group that will be handy

I have requested cancellation, they say they don't know if it will as it might have been dispatched but it doesn't say dispatched. So wonder which one I'll need to cancel.
Hope I don't get stuck with 2 xbox and loose 450 quid as I don't need two.

To be honest - I was lucky I wasn't sure if to press the button. I got a text, but not actually sure if it will come through, or if it was over allocated.I looked yesterday afternoon, no stock anywhere. Early to bed and it all kicked off. Can't see any this morning

Stock is supposed to be getting to normal levels from next month onwards.
I’m loving my Series S. It just highlights how seamless everything can be compared to faffing about on PC. Plus it will only feel better when proper next gen games come along.

If thats true then it sounds like MS are ahead of Nintendo and Sony; both of those have already advised that stock of the PS5 and Switch is likely to remains scarce possibly into 2022 now
Just placed an order at Argos a moment ago for the XBox Series X, was showing stock about 10 mins ago and my order went through.
No idea if it will be honoured in all honesty.
Not collecting until next week so we will see. It will be nice if there was some extra stock (doubtful) as been looking at getting one for ages.

That was a good tip. Although I did find fighting the cyber demon really hard even on easy difficulty. Took me about five goes to get that cheevo. Now well on my way to the next 1000 with Day of the Tentacle.
I completed DOTT on PC years ago and really enjoyed playing i again last month, i did use a walkthrough guide though to make sure i didnt miss anything. great game
