i think i managed to order an xbox x direct from ms yesterday (in fact i've got 2 orders it seems). i've checked both order pages and says thanks for your order, delivery date 11/10 but it shows pending.
am i right in thinking these are definitely through? the reason i'm unsure is because when i went to checkout, the page went to an error, so i tried again, same error, and by then stock had gone, but then i see in my emails that both were received.

What are people using as an alternative to the offical play and charge kit for the controllers? Seems expensive for what it is.

I thought about it but I have like 100 Rechargeable AA's in the house so haven't bothered.

I have one for my series x controllers and an old one for older 2, not had an issue with battery life on my old one which i bought when i got my Xbox one on release.
I'm using these for my Series S (in white) pretty good, battery life is decent and comes with a long dual charging cable.
