Nah I'm at the high entia tomb now. Gonna give a whole day to it tomorrow as I've got the day off of work!
Have you actually given the game a chance? There's significant battle mechanics that don't even get introduced until 5-10 hours into the game. The final party character doesn't join until 50 hours in.
This is a massive game, but because of that a bit more patience is required before it pays off. Loads of reviews have said the same.
Goddamn, cant kill Lorithia, must have fought her 20 times now, cant do it, why did they have to put the ether pools in on this boss, please stop standing in the ether pools you idiots

Im really tempted to buy a wii for this, i do love a good jrpg.

Bought a Wii, mainly just for this and I'm really disappointed. After playing Tales of Symphonia on my Gamecube for hours on end until I finished it, and not being able to really get into Tales of Vesparia I thought this was the ONE to give me the experience I had playing Tales of Symphonia.
Not so. The battle system is not to my taste, getting the hang of chains is just too much hard work. The characters are just the stereotypical JRPG ones, the graphics are no where near as good as I was lead to believe( the characters faces are crap at best).
Side quests garbage, as are the collectibles scattered all over the place.
Waste of a lot of money, unless Resident Evil 4 does turn out to be better then the Gamecube classic using the remote... I shall see. Got Zelda and Monster Hunter too, as well as Chrono Trigger (over the moon with this on the big screen).
Thumbs down for this title from me.
just to see what it was like as he said if there is enough games he might grab a cheap Wii.
