No idea mine ain't doing it I have a control pad at one end and my headphones at the other and the other side is hanging off my desk

You could put in back in the tube it came in, rolled up in the opposite direction. Or as someone else suggested, an iron at a low to moderate setting with a towel to protect the mat and give it a flatten that way.
