XL BIG, BLACK AND BACK!!!! FOR ONLY £9.99 (Limited Time Only)

I orderd 2 and they arrived together in a box, I do agree that receiving one with an adress label stuck to it and the ends taped up I would have been a bit miffed tbh.

Most stored under RMA specifically request things to be sent back in sturdy plain boxes for whatever reasons.

excess packaging is a waste of resources, think of the earth my friend and not oneself, the tube is there to protect the mat, what are you going to do frame the tube on the wall?

:p

if you don't what your mouse mat to have its transistors knocked of during transit, buy more than one and they'll box them up, otherwise stop sitting on your plums, its making you moan!

Got mine today after waiting a week for delivery. Not bad mat, no where near steelseries quality though, its almost 1/4 of the thickness!

Pretty dissapointed with the response via webnote system, very little assitance given apart from 'wait' - no attempt to try to help, a shame really. Little more assistance to customers wouldn't go a miss. Anyway, glad to see it finally here.

How are OcUK supposed to help you? It was in the post. It wasn't shipped by a tracked service, so there was absolutely nothing they could do and RM won't even consider talking to you unless you've been waiting two weeks. You're being unreasonable, I'm afraid.

I ordered two at different times, with different payment methods. They came on the same morning separately in their tubes. The tubes had a few dents in them but the mats were in perfect condition.

Personally I'd post something in the customer service forums Sundance, a week seems a tad excessive :(

If OcUK shipped it on time then their customer services can't help, it's in the hands of Royal Mail, and they won't do anything for at least another week. Our postal system's definition of 'late' is slightly longer than mine is.

Ordered mine yesterday, say it's been dispatched.

Packing wise OCUK could offer a few options, jifi bag it, one big un or 2 togther. Film wrap, i've used this stuff.

Still waiting for mine after a week. Should I be worried? :(

Your not the only one.

best part is, I had 3 items dispatched the same day, from OCUK, place in Nottingham and a guy in Ipswich. All 3 still aint arrived. Ordered something 2 days later and got it next day from the place in Nottingham. Royal Mail really a pathetic excuse for a postal service. And even with complaining nothing is being done, it really ***** me off.:mad::mad::mad:

They deliver somewhere in the region of 82 million items a day, and 99.93% of those shipped arrive within the expected delivery times. They have more than 33,000 delivery vehicles including a dedicated Boeing 737, as well as sending post on lots of internal British Airways flights. It's a pretty big operation. All things considered they do a very good job. We all get irritated at them from time to time when things are late, but it's worth taking note of how colossal the job in hand is.

Thats all well and good, but what I can't get my head round is this.

I ordered 2 items, one on day 1, one on day 3. Let's number them 1 and 2.

Item 1 was posted. I then ordered item 2. Both from the same shop in Nottingham.

Item 2 reached me the next day, item 1 is still somewhere other than my house. How can that be so? Why wasn't item 2 delayed?

Because it's probably got misplaced, it happens.
