XL BIG, BLACK AND BACK!!!! FOR ONLY £9.99 (Limited Time Only)

I'm guessing it was more a statement around the business model rather than specifics on this one product - like you said no problem with that, but if you ordered 500x £400 gfx cards based on preorders, then everyone cancelled them - I can understand taking the money straightaway.

I'm not sure how that policy helps OCUK out. In the event of that scenario, 500 people pre order, then ETA gets pushed back so 500 people cancel, OCUK would have to pay back the money to everybody that cancelled anyway.

So it really is all about the interest the pre order money generates whilst sitting in the OCUK bank account.

The view we are getting from OCUK in this thread is, were in the same boat as you customers and were also frustrated with the supplier, its out of our hands.

However, I have posted a very simple solution for the mouse/pad bundle problem, which OCUK have chosen to ignore because it inconveniences themselves.

If people know that money is getting taken out of their account, they tend to be a bit more serious when making a purchase ^^

If you're so unhappy with OcUK's practice surely the correct option is to vote with your feet and cancel your order. They're a company. They're in it to make money, and no matter how much customer satisfaction etc matters, that's the bottom line. We're all frustrated by the lack of the shipment, but it isn't OcUKs fault, and it's perfectly within your rights as a consumer to cancel the order and buy elsewhere if you are dissatisfied. There's no point complaining at one company for the failure of another.

Ok fair point.

Where did I say it was OCUK's fault? I never said it was. However, I did say they could easily resolve the mouse/pad bundle issue. It's not the Boogiebug supplier that's holding back the razer mice, its OCUK.

no idea what you lot are moaning about. It's a mouse mat, if your not happy, get onto Boogie.Bug and complain, not OCUK.

I am also waiting for one of these, but unlike you moaners, I am waiting patiently, like an adult.

But for £10, it's a steal, I have 1 right now, but its a bit tatty, but I can wait for this, no rush.

The problem is with OCUK holding back the razer mice in the bundle they advertised, when they really don't have to.

Well now you have plenty of time to read this thread properly whilst you patiently wait, like an adult.

1. Cancel Order
2. Refund
3. Profit????

If you ordered a bundle, it should be shipped as a bundle. Would you complain if you ordered a mobo/cpu/ram bundle and the ram wasn't in-stock? Would you accept your order with no ram, or would you patiently wait?

How would I profit? If I cancel now then all that waiting would have been for nothing. I will drop the issue now, as frankly I'm bored with this thread and OCUK won't budge.

A very poor analogy, without ram a mobo and cpu are useless. However, I would not need a new mouse pad to operate a new mouse.

By hell, I just ordered on of these! Luckily I don't mind the wait for it.

Unfortunate for those who are affected by the delivery date though. I am sure OcUK will do all it can to get it sorted.

The boogie bug is a fantastic seller and we will never be stuck with stock. Its a shame that they have not delivered on time which I will be chasing as much as I can to get the goods into our warehouse and shipped to you / people who have purchased.

Valkia, will you be receiving enough to cover all pre-purchases?

out of intrested how many have been pre-ordered?

I cant wait to feel the silky soft black skin, Oh and the mouse mat be cool to!
