Oh how long or who decides about requested youth players, just out of interest? Sometimes they take forever and sometimes there pretty quick.

At the end of the day special qualities mean very little, only one worth a damn is the works hard in training and maybe the free kick special if you haven't already got one. Rest are so so. To put that buy in context you can get an 18 year old 4 star for 200k, which if you train him right is what he will be at 18.

Long investment, hoping for 7 rating by the time hes 21, that with tough/quickness/goal instincts should make him incredible and worth about 15mil+

Transfer window has shut, two games to go... getting nervy for the end of the season.

I'd hate to have to start next year with a new team - I'd like to carry on where I left off

Looking forward to a 2nd season. I've added myself to the waiting list now, not sure which will be better though, starting with a new team which is 1 year behind in terms of development or starting with an existing team which someone else has abandoned and which will probably be in poor form.

Well if there is a few new starters maybe they are put in the bottom division where there wont be such a big gap? (sorry if it doesn't quite work like that as I am new to the game)

I dont think it does work like that.

The teams in the top division seem to be pretty similar to the lower divisions.

That said, I took over a team this year that was struggling for results.

I went 5 games unbeaten, taken the club from damn near bottom of the table up to 3rd at one point.

I've only lost 2 of my 9 games in charge of the club, so it's definitely possible to turn a club around

Surely there'd have to be another division created to allow more players?

Can't pitch them into the Prem above other teams...
