With a final position of 5th, I'm sure I would have managed to get higher if I'd started with the club rather than coming in half way through.

Ended up happy with my season overall. Thankfully we got our away form sorted out and secured 3rd place with ease. Just our poor early season away form that cost us. One week where i forgot to change my system too but these things happen.

Yay won 5 nil.
A great finish to a season that was spoiled by hardly winning any of the first 12 matches. So finishing 4 points behind 2nd place wasn't too bad.
And what the hell happened Banana Skin FC in Div 2? They only had to match Gimp Utd's result but got hammered 5:1
Overall a mixed season for myself. Disappointed in the league, but winning the cup was the highlight.
Next season I'll happily give up my OcUK League Cup trophy in the first round to concentrate on getting promotion.

Ascension totally blew it!! I think it went wrong when I bought new players (and thus my formation wasn't the "best" one for the team, gave me bad results) - judging by my last game though I think I can get round that... lol

What is the crack with the second season then? I secured second place. Does that mean im promoted as im not sure how the divisions work out as we are all equal at the start.

Change report in today, all prize monies get paid and your players go up or down in skill depending on how good their average form and game experience was. Mine was rather good, 17 + skill and no decreases in skill. Goalie went to 7 skill and is 20 years old, worth 11 mil Watch out div 2!
Watch out div 2!A lot of changes today. Got $1mil for winning the league $500k for best player and $250k for most assists oh and then another $1mil for the weekly bonus thingy so not a bad day really. Bit dissapointed with the players skill going up or down, pretty much most went up but only 1 player actually increased a level
Now to head to the transfer market!
