--- Yewen Previews Antec Skeleton! ---

Ive been looking forward to seeing some OcUK info on these cases, nice preview Yewen. Would be good to see what size CPU cooler you could get into it, and if it would be able to be modded to fit a single WC loop system.

It'd be useful if you put some stuff in it Yewen ;) Might be decent for benching or folding!

I bet it'd look kinda funky watercooled!

there are much better bench tables out there like the dimas bench table, now that looks awesome and is pre made for you to fit watercooling to. Shame about the dust getting over the components tho

Cheers for the pictures Yewen. I'd love to see more of this fitted out with parts. I read the review a while back on spcr and was impressed. My problem is I have two cats and I can see tons of fur hiding in the case when the little buggers malt.

I also have cats but the advantage of an open case like this is you can easily see when your sinks are getting clogged, and may be easier to access for a blast with a compressed air can. Unless you have a sealed case with filters you will always end up with your cat fluff getting into your pc, well I do anyway. Unfortunately this case seems to have more negatives than positives for me. I suspect it it proving quite a job to get the as built case looking neat enough for them to post pics.

:)

wow , if you stuck antec on it you wouldnt be able to tell the difference :D

Shocking all 2 of the reviews are 5 stars, despite the general negativity about it!! ;)

Those two reviews were written by people who haven't actually bought it yet. Plus, the moral bankruptcy (:D) of OcUK's reviews feature means that only 5 or 4 (occasionally 3) star reviews get through the net.

Additionally, as mentioned above, you don't actually need to buy the product to review it

From the amount we have sold I am amazed at the divide of opinion in this thread. :)

It would have been interesting to see how quickly they flew off the shelves if you had posted pics of what an as built job would look like, complete with an average slap dash cable management job that Joe Bloggs will end up doing. However, I suspect those that have bought it have probably not even read this thread and have just gone by the marketing spiel and/or unpopulated photos.

I couldn't even consider parting with cash until I saw a real review, with stuff in the case.
I really like the looks of the case, I don't live in a dangerzone where stuff could fall in the case or water could be spilled, so it could be for me.
Dust is a non issue.

love how bit tech point out that the only cooler you can fit in it easily is a stock one

not exactly brilliant for a £130 case
