Do you stretch and exercise? My body's been knackered since my early twenties but you just do what you can it just gets harder as you get older and your body gives up.
My lung function is less than 20% so just moving gets me out of breath so i can't do much exercise, but i should do more.Do you stretch and exercise?
Oh, that ship sailed in my 40s when getting in and out of a comfy chair silently became impossible.
Eat less, move more
You finally reach the last hole on your belt and realise your trousers can stay up on their own without support
Do you feel like age is overtaking how you feel on the inside?
i've noticed my back is the main thing that is different to my younger days, i get back ache/pain sometimes quite severely if i move or sit/lie down the wrong way.
Well that’s not a symptom of age, it’s symptom of getting fat.
Only if you let itActivity levels decline with age so it's all relative. Old=Fat or Skinny.
Yeh that's spot on, i've noticed if i sit or lie down a certain way or lifts things holding the weight away from my body, my back will play up. since having some pretty intense pain a few months ago i no longer sit in a certain way and it's helped. i need a new mattress too.I had that problem about 5 years ago. I fixed it by buying stiff/upright chairs and a hard mattress. It took 2-3 months to adjust to the posture change but it was worth it. Lower back issues are usually caused by adverse spinal curvature/posture.
no it doesn't, only if you are lazy which has nothing to do with age.Activity levels decline with age so it's all relative. Old=Fat or Skinny.
