If you hadn't already, my recommendation would have been to switch as well. Everything has been better since I moved from VM to YouFibre
To be fair, as a Fibre customer I've never had a single issue with the services provided. The slow customer service being the biggest issue, but why pay a slightly cheaper price for a demonstrably lesser product.
