but are u looking at the right temp? cpu temp (tmpin0 or tmpin1) not core temp.

Idle temps hover around 22C
After 5 passes of linx temp was 44C
watercooled 1090t @ 3.2 for now

Running at 32 Celcius at the moment, although I have a few things open. Should drop back down to 29/30 Celcius if I left it on the desktop.

yep, got me rig under water last week, been benching all weekend, even under prime 43oC, graphics card is even better, it never goes past 38oC, ( 5850 @775 &1125 )

Heres my idles, not that i worry about those to much tbh.

LinX load, 4.2ghz, 1.300 vcore.

Aircooled with a prolimatech super mega and dual akasa vipers. Room temp was 23c when those ss were taken.

because on phenoms II it only as 1 sensor which is the cpu reading... ignore the core reading

100% load, stock clock. currently 43 degrees.

Would be a lot lower if I sorted out my fan directions and attempted some form of cable management
