I have this problem with my PayPal account and it is creating all sorts of bother as I am signed up with my nickname. I can't change my nickname to my real name without proof of name/DoB. When they put my DoB in the system errors out as it means I was a member at 12 lol.

My paypal is the same. My middle name is the same as my dads first and has his DOB. I should just close it and make a new but CBA.
