Does the act of updating with correct birthday also mean that on our birthdays we get to order something free from the shop?

Age shaming, votebanwhy dont you change it to your "correct" date and find out
In theory it doesn't need to be your real DOB as long as you remember/ note down what you put.
Right ?
Why should you give a random private entity your personal details? :SIt’s just a date of birth, why are people getting so wound up about it?
Get over yourself, you’re giving a date of birth, it’s not that serious. Why should you give a random private entity your personal details? :S
You asked?Get over yourself, you’re giving a date of birth, it’s not that serious.

"forums don't need your date of birth"How many times have people's details been leaked from major websites? Many many times. No forum actually needs your date of birth, so why ever give it if you don't want or need to?
Ocuk get hacked so now they’ve got your email and date of birth, now what? How many times have people's details been leaked from major websites? Many many times. No forum actually needs your date of birth, so why ever give it if you don't want or need to?

It's one of the few things a forum has to try and return your account to you when you've locked yourself out and forgotten the email address you signed up with 20 years and a dozen different ISP's ago.
We get asked to recover forum accounts where the user can't remember the ISP they signed up with, and it's for a company or ISP that went under in the early 00's.
We could say give a fake one and remember it, but as people can't remember their email address...
Cheers Mr Feek I took a copy of my backup codes, and my DOB is correct, now do I get a OCUK mug delivered on my birthday? I been here for a long time, I deserve one, right?
