Your favourite chilli sauce is?

Homemade Pear and Pineapple (with 5 Trinidad scorpions).

It’s subtle flavour it great .. then it runs in and smacks you one before it tails off and hints of fruit :) in small jars got maximum freshness.

Bought some hot headz Trinidad scorpion sauce today. I’d love to inflict it on my family as a joke, but I’m just not that cruel.

It’s arrived. If it’s too hot to use as a table sauce, what other sort of things can I do with it? I was thinking of mixing it with mayo to make an awesome hot fruity mayo.

French do “samurai sauce” which is just that .. it’s addictive :) although they don’t do overly hot they all have their own receipe.

Just got some Cottage Delight Naga Chilli Sauce. It tastes like peach jam with a kick of Ghost pepper. Highly regarded as it’s not vinegar tasting and you could spread it on toast or icecream!
Mine has less jam taste but it’s still good.

It's not too hot, I have it on everything. Great on chips.

Damn it.. it's good - everything from chilli, to roast .. it seems to go with most things. Bazinga!

Has anyone found anywhere in the UK that stocks the sauces used on First we feast? The shipping from the US puts me off.

You might of already found somewhere but the Mexican chain Tortilla sell some of them. (Well they do in the Newcastle branch) They only sell it in-store though.

The have Da Bomb, .357 Magnum and Blair's Megadeath in-store. They are decently priced too I think they were around £9.

Thanks for the info, still looking for someone who stocks the firstwefeast sauce over here but it seems so far they've got a deal where only heatonist have the rights to sell.

I did not know this, there is a Tortilla right by my work. I've eaten there before but never noticed any hot sauces on sale (not that I was looking). Will drop in and check it out.

Also a fan of a sriracha if I want a little bit of extra heat on something ... and if I'm not using fresh or ground chilli

Also picked up a bottle of Wiltshire Chilli Farm Habanero sauce after trying some at a food market quite tasty and doesn't blow you away.

green tabasco sauce

i normally just put fresh chilli or jalapenos on everything though than sauce. i have my own pickled chillies too.

i also buy that uk made chilli sauce from some farm whenever their is a "german market" on once every 3 months. they have like habanero chilli sauce with mango, etc.
