Whats this consist of, never heard of it.

Its a region of China, so its a going to be a dish in the style of that area. My local take away doesn't do this dish (or at least, not this name) so I'm not certain, maybe Google will return something helpful?

Never been really keen on Chinese tbh
usually go for chicken fried rice chips and curry sauce ..
occasionally have beef curry instead though

My staple is always Sweet and Sour Pork Cantonese Style, but I went to my local chinese and asked the guy there to pick me anything he wants from the chinese menu.

He came back with Fillet Beef with Chinese vegetables in a garlic sauce. I'm in love

Try a decent chinese place, some of them are rubbish money spinners.
Others are lovely.

Love that stuff. I also ask for a spicey version of a chow mein, as long as you like spicy food etc (inc chillies) you cant go wrong

I like to try different things, but sometimes find something that I love and I'll order it like 4 times in a row...

I like "General Tao's Chicken" from a chinese resteraunt far far away from where I live (USA).. sort of like a spicy sweet and sour, it's amazing.
