Your favourite chinese food?

Whats this consist of, never heard of it.

Its a region of China, so its a going to be a dish in the style of that area. My local take away doesn't do this dish (or at least, not this name) so I'm not certain, maybe Google will return something helpful?

My staple is always Sweet and Sour Pork Cantonese Style, but I went to my local chinese and asked the guy there to pick me anything he wants from the chinese menu.

He came back with Fillet Beef with Chinese vegetables in a garlic sauce. I'm in love :D

Am I the only one who can't stand Chinese food? It's so disgusting! Everything is just grease and oil :(

No taste to anything other than, yep, you guessed it, grease and oil :(

I like to try different things, but sometimes find something that I love and I'll order it like 4 times in a row...

I like "General Tao's Chicken" from a chinese resteraunt far far away from where I live (USA).. sort of like a spicy sweet and sour, it's amazing.
