Your graphics card history tree?

GTX460
GTX670
GTX980ti

I had a couple Radeon cards when I was young but I weren't sure of the model, these are the main ones I have had.

Voodoo 1
Voodoo 2 (SLI)
Voodoo 3 3000 AGP
Geforce 2 (MX).....hated this card and promptly sold it and went back to my voodoo 3
Geforce 3 Ti500
Radeon x800 pro
Nvidia 8800 ultra (SLI)
Radeon 7970
Nvidia 980 (SLI)

Considering the 1080ti at present but might wait another generation and then invest in SLI again.

Time to update this :)

Voodoo [Something or other]
ATI 9[Something or other]
Nvidia 8600GT
Nvidia 9700GT
XFX ATI 5850
Sapphire: AMD 6950
Gigabyte WF3 OC: AMD 7870
Powercolor: AMD 7870XT (Tahiti LE)
Powercolor PCS+: AMD R9 290

1070

I think the xfx 7870xt was my favorite card, it ran hot but it was quiet and built very well. The zotac 1070 extreme amp I have no feels a little cheap and gimmicky or maybe I'm just growing up :p

Currently using a GeForce GTX 1080 TI STRIX OC

The 8800 GTX was by far the best card as it finally made Crysis playable and had the biggest jump in performance :).

You've certainly had your share of dual GPU cards. :D Enjoy the 1080Ti. :)

:) Yup, and tired of all the issues with them. I swear I have spent more time getting them working than actually playing the games. Great to have such a powerful single card solution - and nvidia again.

I had the 4870X2 and at one point it got pretty close to me selling it, but overall I found my experience with it to be more of a positive than a negative one. I think I'm likely to stick with the single GPU setup for a while, though.

Bit frightening really, a mix of long lasting cards and some very poor buys. On average I've upgraded every 9 months, a cycle I hope to break now.

Voodoo 2 > Geforce 4 MX440 > ATI Radeon X550 Pro > Geforce 8800GT > Geforce GTX 260 > Geforce GTX 570 > Geforce GTX 770 > AMD Radeon R9 290x > Geforce GTX 1070 > ??? Probably a Ti but will wait for Vega
