Your most disturbing movie scene?

american history X where the guys stamps the other guys head into the pavement- that was sick!
Ditto. That scene makes me wince with pain! :( The crunch sound is so real.

Maybe someone can help me here - I remember watching this film with an evil mannequin-looking character when I was around 4 or 5. It was really disturbing. The character was usually looking from the shadows, such as an apartment window, and I think he/she looked kinda red and bluish, like if a person's muscles and arteries were exposed. I think the movie was from some time like the 70s or 80s. Anyone think they might know?

Without a doubt it's the scene in "The Hitcher" where Rutger Hauer chains up Jennifer Jason Leigh by the arms and legs between two lorries and drives off in one. You don't see anything but by god it made me ill.

not sure if I've got the film right, but I think its poltergeist, when the guy drinks a tequila worm and vomits up a giant slimy snake demon...gross

and anything when someones eye gets poked in/ripped out.

The lorry accident in The Devils Rejects made me wretch a little bit. It looked so real.

Watched that last night.

I didn't think it was that bad tbh. Perhaps it was trying a little too hard to be disturbing, but I loved the way they got a taste of their own medecine. I also thought the conflict at the end was good where by the viewer's sympathy was neither towards the police man or the devils rejects.

The motel scene was a bit horrible.

When Murphy gets shot to pieces in Robocop - I was very young when I saw that and it really shocked me....very brutal.

yeah, that scene in Running Scared was quite heavy. I found the whole of 8mm quite disturbing and Romper Stomper freaked me out a bit but i was a fair bit younger when i seen that.

im the exact same but the guy who got covered in hot water i think was worse!

Wasn't water, it was acid :p 'Help meeeee'

For me it has to be 'Bundy', the whole film was pretty rancid but the one scene in particular when he has the 2 girls in the shack. Horrendous. Even worse when you know it's based on a true story :(

You know damn well he fried.
