Your tips to ensure good dental care and good all round breath?

I use an electric toothbrush twice a day for a min or two while in the shower. I use Corsodyl mouthwash daily (sometimes twice) but don’t floss at all. My dentist never has a concern about my teeth or general mouth health. I have a dental clean twice a year as part of my dental subscription which is £22 a month.

Takes me about four minutes to do a thorough job. I’m not good enough to do it in two minutes yet. The app doesn’t punish you for taking longer than two minutes and it doesn’t affect your score.

Morning wake up, rinse gum shield, rinse mouth with water, sometimes use a water floss quick 2 mins. Then spend 4 to 5 mins brushing teeth ( spend more time brushing molars ) with oral b electric tooth brush very light touch no pressure.

I interchange toothpaste between Colgate, biomin or 3M™ Clinpro Tooth Crème with fTCP which I import £30 per tube.
GC Tooth Mousse at times, and remind me need to buy some CURODONT sensitive £34 for 5 ml import from Switzerland.

At night. Rinse mouth with water, sometimes use water-pik as well. Then floss teeth, then use oral b electric tooth brush 4 -5 mins light touch again.
Then brush my gum shield.

It's all in the wrist action, loosen off on the death grip as well to help with sensitivity.

I use electric tooth brush first thing in morning, followed by a tongue scrape 30 minutes later then 20ml of Listerine total care swished around for 60 seconds. Then after eating last food of the day use a water flosser between teeth, then at 6pm use electric brush again followed by another tongue scrape 30 minutes later then 20ml of Listerine total care again swished around for another 60 seconds

Water flosser has stopped most plaque build up along with OralB io toothbrush. Don’t need a dental clean as often as I used to. Water flosser takes a while to get used to, it’s really strong on max - it’s flown across the bathroom or caused me to wince after hitting my gum bang on a few times.

I would not touch those.
Have a look at my links, and look at where they were tested and designed.
These are the closest products you will get that will regenerate/whiten your enamel like your saliva.
They will reduce the damage to your teeth from acid food stuffs.
I only drink water or milk and no sugar.
I purchase this every month.
