Your tips to ensure good dental care and good all round breath?

I ordered the wrong mouthwash. I've ordered this one which is to be used up to 14 days only for gum problems.

Realised that the daily maintenance one is this one...

So I've ordered some of that as well.
You are very brave buying stuff like this from amazon. I do not touch mouthwash for a few good reasons,

Corsodyl is just as good and cheaper.

The Curasept Maintenance Mouthwash 0.05% 200ml - Pack of 2 works out at £6.24 each. The Listerine Total care 500ml is over £5 at the supermarket. You’re supposed to use 10ml of Curasept each time so if you use it twice a day it’ll last 10 days. The Listerine is supposed to be used in 20ml amounts so if you use it twice a day it will last 12.5 days.

The Curasept is supposed to prevent staining which the Listerine doesn’t and is one of the selling points.

It's the active ingredient in the curasept that can stain your teeth brown, that ingredient isn't in Listerine.

Corsodyl contains the same ingredient and gave me some lovely brown stained front teeth.

It’s the Curasept that doesn’t stain not the Listerine.

I know, they state that they've done some magic to stop it staining.

It doesn't "prevent staining" it lowers the chance that the mouthwash itself will stain, that's why Listerine doesn't say it prevents staining because there's nothing in it that could stain

I have tried flossing but find it difficult to reach the back teeth so I bought a water flosser which does an ok job but wanted to try interdental brushes so bought a pack of TePe mixed sizes and found even the pink one 0.4mm was to big to fit between my bottom teeth.

So I’ve ordered some of these…

Which are even smaller 0.35mm but I don’t think I’m going to have much luck and it looks like water flossing is going to be my only option and is better than nothing.

Received the Curasept Maintenance Mouthwash 0.05% 200ml daily today and on the bottle it says use for up to 6 months so its not a long term solution.

I think Listerine Total Care would be better for longer term use.

Used 10ml of Curasept Daily Maintenance Mouthwash 0.05% last evening and this morning, not using the stronger intensive two week one I bought as I'm not treating anything. Doesn't taste too bad, Listerine tastes a bit better.

My first coffee of the morning tasted a bit weird but it wasn't too bad and it soon wore off.
