On the PS1? I got my multiplayer fix from Quake 2 deathmatches on PC back then. Because the PS1 only had two controller ports and console online wasn't a thing back then it didn't really have much choice in the way of multiplayer back then unless you were playing on Worms or Hogs of War or the like.

I still own it.

I remember trying to get a good time for that competition in the official PS mag just before it was released but I was still over a second off the top time.
 
Oh god just remembered some more:

Music, Future Cop LAPD, G-Police, Die Hard Trilogy, Battle Area Toshinden, Pandemonium (Feel this was massively underrated, stunning game), Micro Machines V3.

Resident Evil 1 (still one of my favourite games, although it has aged very badly)
resident evil 2
Gran Turismo
Tomb Raider 1
Broken sword 1 and 2 (I absolutely loved these games at the time, shame i cant really play them again as I still remember all the solutions to the puzzles :()
 
Ridge Racer and Tekken will always hold a special place, as they were my first PS games.

Best of all time.... Broken Sword :D
