I'm contracted to work one business day. This tends to be 9-5 with lunch of an unspecified length.

I expect 5 fully productive hours per day from my devs. I don't care what they do for the rest of the time.

I can be doing 10 hour days one week/month and 3-4 hour days the next but averages out somewhere around 6-7 hours a day.

Hate societies attitude to work as a whole tho, doing 5x8-9 hour days I feel like I'm locked in some depressing circle of work, eat, sleep, work. I sometimes get to do 4 day weeks with ~5 hour days (still paid as if I did 5 full days) and its amazing how much more positive I feel on those weeks (this being one of them) and actually get to spend quality time with family, etc.

Right now I'm doing two jobs, the regular one is a regular 8 hours a day and then anywhere from 20-30 hours a week on top doing self-employed consulting work. Only temporary though while I get the latter set-up enough to start reducing the former's hours.

Kinda hard to estimate a 5 day as it varies - sometimes I'll work every day and take the weekend off so 12 hours days, other weeks I'll skip a couple of nights and do 8 hours over the weekend, that kind of thing.

On a typical day I'm at my desk around 8:30am, and leave by 6:30pm. Only take lunch away from my desk once per week, most days I carry on working as I eat a sandwich. No other breaks other than to nip to the loo or get a coffee (which involves a 15 second walk).

I'm more interested in delivery than number of hours worked. If someone can deliver quality and quantity of output for a salary / day rate that I deem fair for what they are producing then I don't actually really care how long they spend at their desk. Normalising at 5 hours productive time though is good for team morale.

I've spent too long in organisations where the last hour is spent looking like you are putting in extra hours. Life is far too short for that.
