Your worst game this year

I don't really have a worst game. I've been very very selective this year and only bought the good games.

If I had to pick one that I did buy then the worst would be Fifa 12 only because I'm disappointed with the AI and it was buggy as hell.

Thing is quite a few of the games mentioned in this thread aren't really bad games, but then the purpose of this thread is to mention what is 'your' worst game purchase this year. however some of them aren't really bad games at all..

Guess some are really picky.

Portal 2
LA Noire
Killzone 3
Batman AC
Crysis 2
Battlefield 3
Gears of War 3

These are actually really good solid games, just maybe not to the taste of those that mentioned them... All of these games are really well received and well reviewed, I mean Portal 2 won this years golden joystick award.

Oh well, can't please all. Brink, however I can understand as that was a poor game..

During the summer drought I bought Alpha Protocol as there sod all else out.
Ye gods! What a pile of ****! I took it back within an hour and got another game.

That's one of my best games ever! You should have played it longer to see how much depth it actually has to it . If you think Deus Ex has a branching narrative you ain't seen nothing till you play this game.

Sorry, Alpha Protocol sucks. It was a good concept but almost every area of the game was just poorly executed.

Duke Nukem Forever for me. Utter load of gash, and nothing like Duke Nukem should be. I'm so glad I only paid £13 for it, even then I feel ripped off.

I have to laugh at some of the suggestions in this thread though, sometimes I think people are just out to troll others.

I would have to say F1 2011, not a particularly bad game but still too many bugs. I was hoping that after 2010 + 1 more years development that it would be better than it was.

Exactly why I didn't buy it.
