TDU 2, mostly as I was so excited about it. Went to trade it in, yeah £8. WHAT its only been out a month? Yeah sorry mate. GUTTED.

It's in my top 10 list from playing it once where I managed to get chased out a town for punching a chicken then a child's dog then the child shouted at me so I punched the child.

Guards came after me so I ran to the hills managed to fall down a hill into a river where I spotted a deer and chased it thinking I could use it as a mode of transport. It ran off after I punched it and then I was killed by a giant.

That was all in 5 minutes

there good in there own ways. for example one is CQC and claims to be "mordern" yet 99% of the guns in it are about 10+ years old and the other is as it says..."battlefield"s

Tiny maps, ghey spotting system, no squad play, no voice comms in squads, rush mode lol...

MW3 for me. I just get no enjoyment playing it unlike the other COD's.

Heck even COD has prone and thats the ultimate game for an action packed arcade feel FPS.

What exactly do you think you are missing that a proper battlefield 3 would have ? For me battlefield 3 has everything i loved about BF2, and more. I'm past 80 hours now and still enjoying it.

I did say MW3 earlier in the thread. I will say it's not the -worst- game of the year, but certainly is the most disappointing game of the year.

Bus and cable-car simulator was pretty bad.

The most disappointing game for me was Shogun total war 2. Technically it's a very good game, but I felt it added nothing to the series. Quite the opposite in fact, it seems like the fixed the bugs of previous total war games by just deleting the features entirely. I played the campaign once, and felt no inclination at all to play it again with another clan...... they've all got the same units so they all play the same.

Edit... lol, just noticed it's the console forum.

I'll probably stick with Skyrim to see if it improves - but so far it's been around 15 hours of wandering around, getting no real enjoyment out of it. So that's justification for calling it one of the worst games for me in 2011.

Well horses for courses and all that.

Frankly I love the open free to roam type style. You can just wander off in one direction and discover new places and quests. I get that some people don't get on with the not having contant direction in games, but it makes a nice change.

Are you following the main quest yet?
