Looks like a time sensitive offer on account age... thought I'd migrated fully to YouTube Premium, but it was Music Premium and _not_ actually YT Premium! Subtle but damn annoying difference... just hopped through hoops with Google One support to get my account migrated correctly, and the backend's not allowing them to age my account correctly to take advantage.

If you're on Android you can use YouTube Vanced. Gives you all of the premium features for free and still uses the official YouTube app.
