YouTube Premium

I pay for Youtube Premium, also good for Youtube music which I can use in the car and on the move., I don't have spotifi. Youtube music is good enough for me.

How do you do that for YouTube content?...

Edit: There's no piracy talk, obviously. My point was you can't just sail the seven seas for YouTube videos, nor get the 'browse and find random crap you like (or might not) when you're doing it that way.
Well it's been mentioned multiple times in here with no one saying anything soooooo

Smartube for fire stick/Nvidia shield etc

For android mobile/tablet, can either use Revanced YouTube and music or Revanced manager and patch the official apps.

For iPhones, uYouPlus, YTlite, Firefox, brave browser among others

Ignore him he's absolutely clueless, he struggles to understand how simple it is to use a VPN once and have all the features on any devices, thinks it's hard work to do it, and instead prefers to mess around with all the different apps.

yt-dl does not give you access to high quality on any music though stuck at typical 128kbs (you'd have to have negotiated a premium key with server)
I don't watch content from any provider regularly, or videos in their completeness - just jump through to find any interesting/relevant bits so yt-dl is just too slow - I'll stick to UblockO

The idea is you dont use yt-dl in realtime. You run it on a schedule every day and it populates your library so you never have to wait for anything.

Id imagine that's common everywhere?
I almost never watch on phone, only on TV
Yeah, I sometimes see people online say they only watch on web browser/desktop but I'd imagine TV will be most popular.

Most common mobile users I see are kids on the bus. They don't seem to know headphones exist though. :D

wondering what youtube content warrants watching on a big screen ... it's just a small window on the desktop, using a mouse to jump quickly through it,
production&presenter quality doesn't demand more, watching it on a mobile must be a pain without accurate jumping.(e: seeking in other words)

yes I've used it ... when I was hoping it would give me good quality music .. moreover it was youtube-dl .... but I don't have anything I watch regularly on youtube to plan a download.
youtube-dl_new.exe -f 140 /-BvZiAL9TF -o "plas%(id)s.%(ext)s"
ffmpeg -map_meta_data 0:0 -vn -c:a copy v -i plas-BvZiAL9TF.m4a plas2-BvZiAL9TF.m4a

A lot of it. There's tons of high quality production on there that's worth watching on a big screen
go on then ?.. only thing I have dipped into over last year deserving more than cursory attention was Chris Horner daily on tour de france tactics

Plenty of motorcycle channels I watch are more than worthy of watching on the big screen. Irrelevant if you don't like motorcycling channels though.
