Unique footage taken from a Royal Netherland's Marine's helmet cam during their opposed boarding of the MV Taipan after it was seized by Somali Pirates earlier this month. The crew of the German flagged Taipan had retreated to a saferoom aboard the ship, thus avoiding the usual hostage-situation that would prevent international forces intervening, allowing the HNLMS Tromp to send a detatchment of Marines aboard to clear the vessel. 10 Somali Pirates were arrested and the crew were able to resume control of their ship.
