Humberside Police have said it's not their officers. The provenance of this video is a bit curious too, it seems to have first started doing the rounds courtesy of an American journalist who failed to do any research and erroneously linked it to Humberside.

According to a few press stories West Midlands police seem to have indicated it was them. It doesn’t look good to be fair, the guy hitting the suspect on the head and spraying his colleagues in the process looks like a complete numpty.

After knowing all of this growing up in the 80's those who still want Communism and systems like it are either were not alive in the 80's or frankly a little insane, i'm a little shocked there's a recent growing popularity of these kinds of systems in the west including the UK
 
It's a long documentary at 52 mins but if you've any interest in the battle for Stalingrad during WW2 it's well worth a watch, it only deals with one small portion of the battle, but it's utterly fascinating & not a little awe inspiring the sheer bloody minded determination of the defenders of a particularly strategic piece of real estate was..
