I havent heard anything yet but me and some locals were discussing in the pub last night and we reckon he will get charged with assault and criminal damage. Hes got to really. Sadly for him.

Biggest wasted opportunity was the lad who was passing who filmed it all. His video he put up has been viewed more than 2.2m times in the first 7 hours. He could have made a killing from that video.

The swipe at the chav with the forks was the icing on the cake :)

Maybe the farmer was auditioning for the remake of the Alien power loader scene?
 
Seems to me the chav would have had the opportunity to move his vehicle first, he would have seen the loadall coming down the drive. Pity the farmer will also likely lose his shotgun certificate & guns if he gets charged with assault.

Chav still refused to move it. Like you say, he could have still got it out of the way.

It was chaos over the weekend on the Low Force waterfall road. Cars and buses abandoned everywhere. Chavs going around with BBQs and drinking booze and pushing over farmers stone walls.
