The title of the video tells you which side to take but who is actually in the wrong here? If he was more well mannered?
Both of them, probably. But without evidence of what happened before the filming started, it's impossible to tell. The driver's claims are plausible, but it's also plausible that they're lying or exaggerating. Without evidence, who knows?
Regardless of that, though, he should have kept much calmer and she shouldn't have held him against his will so she could publish some edited video to get money, power and sympathy (which she didn't get).

Local farmer near to where I live. Fed up with the idiots parking on his driver and blocking his entrance and this **** wouldnt move his car and gave him lip. Police refused to come and do anything as they were too busy so he took matters in his own hands. Police were busy rest of the afternoon then

Never tell a farmer to **** off!
Road was closed for a few hours while they recovered the vehicle.
Best comments by local people is they are impressed with how capable the loadall is! Will do wonders for their sales.
