Not unless you are using one of the browser extensions that show it via the API, but that is being pulled soon by Youtube. They are rolling the changes out across the system, so some channels are still showing the dislikes, but they will be gone soon.

I'm not using any extension and they're showing for me on any video I open.

I can see the button, but not the number of dislikes, and no one is reporting that Youtube has changed it's mind. What browser are you using?

After disappearing the dislike count has now reappeared within the past 2 days for everything. Using FireFox. Maybe they quietly rolled this debacle back under the sofa.
