Interesting story but nothing more than fiction I think. I do love a good what if scenario though.

Reminds me of that story about some dude who got stopped at an airport because he had a passport from a country that didn't exist. Can't remember much more than that, but was also a fun story.
 
True indeed, as a story it is pretty cool and can't recall if any movie had a similar premise either, that would be also cool.
