Payment methods are in the collection thread (sticky) rather than the discussion thread
Vast majority of payments have been via transfer, though Paypal/Nochex are available. Its detailed in the sticky thread.

Its so I can match up everyone's payments with their mail, then if someone says they've paid I can say here's the mails and here's the payments. Its just to cover my own back if someone complains.
