So true Im about to do it all again with the Special Edition

Special Edition is the one & only version to get right ? (On newer hardware)

Anniversary Edition?
I'd say Anniversary Edition too as some Wabbajack Modlists now require it.

However, for those who want to use their own set of mods it doesn't really make a huge difference.

While AE did come with a new build, SE owners got that part for free, and SKSE has long been updated regardless.

Yup, I recently started a new playthrough using a cool wabbajack list. So easy to do. Click and play (with a bit of downloading in the middle :) )

In fact it's only Starfield that dragged me away
Looking to do the same, the lure of click and play does appeal! I've spent more time modding than playing as I am sure some can relate :p

If you mean Steam editions the regular Special Edition is the one to get (Anniversary is just all the CC content added which isn't necessary for anything)

8K Planets (Sol original NASA)

Is that Masser or Secunda?!

This plugin basically makes these three Bethesda games use OS’ file cache, which leads to less disk access over time. According to the modder, owners of both SSDs and HDDs will benefit from it. Since this plugin reduces the disk calls, it can lead to less freezing and fewer sound drops.
