Enjoyed the games last night, starting to enjoy this a bit more and as I already knew its better with a private party. Ive seen a few things about saving videos of the games, or screenshots. Can someone give a quick mention on how to do it? I havent seen any obivous options.

Goto Theatre and itll list your 25 most recent games, including Campaign.

You can then permantly save these by selecting the one you want and pressing X.

When you choose what video you want to watch once its loaded you can use the controller to go around the map and pause etc.

clicking RS makes it 3rd person, Y = free came

Right Trigger = speed up / slow mo depending how hard you hold

Left trigger makes you move quicker

X bring up control menu where you can record a clip, or take a screenie.

The 30 most recent screenshots do upload to your bungie profile but it can take ages for them to show on the site, sometimes 24hours - so the quickest method is to ingame goto settings - File Share select the screenshot and do it that way as its almost instant, then goto bungie.net log in and download.

God this game is so long:p...thought i had finished it last night when i got to the bit where the truth had started the halo rings but nooooo still had another level to get through....now im at the bit where i have to find Catrona or whatever her name is.

Still enjoying it altho its getting a bit repetitive now but am hoping that tonight i can finally finish the game off :p. One thing that annoys me and had me fuming was that you have to save your game by yourself. Didnt realise that as last night when i went to start my game at where i had left it, i found myself back at the part where you set the bomb off in the hangar:(. So had to spend another few hrs getting back to where i had left it the night before...kinda sucks but last night i made sure i saved my game before turning it off.

Apology to McManicman, i got your invite to join a game but refused it because i was busy trying to finish it off but it got kinda late and i ended up going to bed. Hoping tonight that i can finish it off mate then i can join in some games with you lot.
 
Damn - I was on the verge of buying a PS3 and then I stupidly opened up this thread.

I played this for 2 hours earlier when i got it,switched it off thinking its auto saved.Switched back on before and all i can do is start from the beginning :(.I am so gutted now that i have to start from scratch.

also if anyone wants to play some online my gamertag is oneshot1985 send me a invite and ill play some

Hehe yep that happened to me, i was more or less at the end of the game the other day and found that when i went to play it last night...i had to re-start the game from the last place i saved from, which was near the beginning.

Just have to remember to save the game where you want, which is a good thing because sometimes these auto saves are a pain in the backside.

Highly annoying as i would have finished it off last night for sure...now i have to try and finish it off tonight hopefully.
 
You don't really have to start right back from the start of your last save, I did the same thing was up to the last level last night but didn't save, if you go to campaign you can pick a level to start from just so long as you have already completed that level.
