Can you save replays from online games on the PS3?

Does anyone know why everytime I go in a 'quick ranked' match it will ask me to download the squad file EVERY single time? By the time I download it, save it the other player would have left. This is for ps3 btw, makes me think why I didnt get the 360 version

Does the same on my 360 version mate. No idea why. I did ask earlier and someone suggested it was due to starting a manager mode, but I think mine did it before that as well
It is bloody annoying for what is otherwise a very good online service.

i was reading on the xbox forums that it only keeps asking you to download if you have a custom player in the arena other than ronalidho
say for instace if you have torres,gerrard - it will ask you all the time to download ......
Just stick with ronaldinho and it wont ask you

I've played the demo of this a number of times and I'm enjoying it so I'm tempted to buy the full game today. Is there anyone who was a Pro Evo fan who has got Fifa 08 and is still enjoying it (especially compared to the PES2008 demo)?? Also, I enjoyed the slower compared to PES but is the full game still as slow as the demo??

yeah does it all the time for me too, also in NHL as well, way to solve it is delete the saved file before you start the game up on dashboard, then resave it when you go online and it will work fine until you turn the game off again, then you have to delete it again, kind of rubbish.
yeah i am a PES fan and am really loving the game. the pace is just right and its a really good game.

I played the PS3 demo today (first time playing a PS3) and the controller is absolutely horrible to use not only for FIFA but in general.
Yep. Thankfully the new issue of the controller is removing the deadzone which for me, apart from the pain inducing positions of the sticks is it's worst feature. Knocking out tricks on the PS3 pad is far more awkward and less precise because of this.
I'll be first in line for the new controller though, I just wish they'd move the stick and make the triggers be concave and have more depth.

ohh right :S i changed mine to torres and had the same issue cahnged back and it dosnt ask me no more

What's up with people being able to run side by side with you but you can never quite get the ball off them even though you have a fast player and they have a slower one?

Well If I have someone like Adriano running down the wing he gets shrugged off eaily by some skinny runt like Messi : / so it can't be that, I know this is true in PES but in FIFA it just seems as if the opponent is using some sort of glitch in the control system to not allow me get the ball off them when running in straight lines.
