One hit? Wonder[ful]

Bit of a stretch to class Limp Bizkit as one hit wonders.

It's a bit of a stretch to class most of that list as one hit wonders. Turn The Radio Off has Beer, Sell Out, All I Want Is More, far from only one good song. Less Than Jake and NoFX have a lot of albums with way more than one good song too. I really don't think the guy understood the question, at all.

The La's - There she goes

And umm, not strictly one-hit wonders but:

Jeffrey Lewis - If you shoot the head you kill the ghoul (it's the only song I like on that particular album)

Ikara Colt - I'm with stupid (same as above)

Coachwhips - Extinguish me (it's the nearest I've heard them get to a tuneful song :))

Metric - Monster Hospital (I just find the rest of their stuff to be too pretentious)

William Shatner - Has been & You'll have time (it shouldn't be good yet it is!)

Union Carbide Productions - Ring my bell (OK I cheated with this last one but they deserve to have been heard by more people...)

Chrisk Isaak - Wicked Game
The Church - Under The Milky Way
Sir Mix-A-Lot - Baby Got Back
Echo And The Bunnymen - The Killing Moon
Something Corporate - Konstantine
JJ72 - Oxygen

Ok, so what are your one-hit wonders or albums with only one good song? [...]
The Frank And Walters' "Happy Busman", from their album "Trains, Boats And Planes". It's a corking three-minute slice of innocent glee.

I was more aiming for songs that had their moment of popularity.

Well it was their only UK #1 :p. Not that that means much. And chocolate starfish isn't a good album.

I know the point's I were trying to make :p

You're wrong about Alkaline Trio. Way wrong.

Well they're the only two songs which got regular play on music channels.

Always have to name this one in these threads.....amazing tune that I roll out every summer and makes me feel 14 again:

Spindoctors - Two Princes

American Head Charge - Just So You Know
Big-D and the Kid's Table - Good Luck
Bloc Party - Helicopter
Funeral For A Friend - Juneau
Slipknot - People = **** (on Iowa), and Duality (on Vol 3)
Tool - Stink Fist (oh yes I went there)

Green Day - International Superhits!
I even like Green Day, but that's genius. :D

White Town - Your Woman
Oh god this, this, a thousand times this. What a fantastic song it was.
