Can anyone tell me which of these is the best card? Are they all basically exactly the same?

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/productlist.php?groupid=701&catid=56&subid=927

I've found a review of the Leadtek one here

http://www.trustedreviews.com/graphics/review/2008/01/17/Leadtek-PX8800-GTS-512/p1

and it is rated very highly but it only has 1 customer review on Overclockers and some of the others have lots of reviews which suggests they are more popular.

Also, is it worth getting any of these cards or are there new ones coming out soon that will be a lot better?

Any 512 mb gts.
It's just an 8800GT with a cooling upgrade and a bit higher stock clocks.
I'd just get an 8800GT coz I don't really care about noise, only got the GTS coz gt's were out of stock.

I'd go for the BFG version, as it's the second cheapest there, plus has the added benefit of Lifetime warranty. For the few £ extra over the OCUk version, it's worth it (Plus it's already pre-OC'ed, though not by much).

OT: I can POST AGAIN!!! woooohhoooo.

The 9600GT has just been released which is roughly on par with the 8800GT (however slightly slower). I wouldn't invest in the 8800GTS unless you have a 24" monitor or bigger, otherwise get the 8800GT - definately best value for money.

Unless you want Crysis at max settings, 8800GT or 3870XT would be ample. Second hand prices for the 8800GT will be dropping now because of the 9600GT so I'd recommend doing that, make sure you get the 512Mb version though.

Well, pick one with a good warranty if that feels important to you. OCed versions aren't worth it unless they are real cheap, you can OC yourself.

This keeps coming up but if you live in the UK the warranty is only 10 years, though this is as good as a lifetime one anyway.

It is good. I have the non-OCed Sapphire and it's brilliant in everything except Crysis.

What settings can you play Crysis on?

I want a card that is going to handle most, if not all, settings on high.

From what I've read, running Crysis on high does seem a bit hit and miss though. Like some 8800GT reviews say it runs fine on High, yet some GTS reviews say it can't handle it. And there are 2 reviews on the ATI I've linked above claiming it runs Crysis perfectly.

Well you won't be disappointed with the framerates and the looks of crysis with the 3870xt - obviously as long as you turn down some settings but all cards struggle with the game.

I love the look of crysis with my card and playability also.
