HALO 3 Official Thread

Well done, I was going to download the clip but I haven't got the new map pack yet. Is it worth getting as I have been playing a lot of team doubles again with my mate?
 
Managed my frst ever overkill and killtacular the other day playing grifball :eek:

Grifball seems like an easy way to get all the medals you're missing. It help that all the complete idiots (Think the BTB crowd) play it >_<

Its kinda decieving because the halloween playlist was achievement enabled but I guess they decided against it this time around, I would just sit tight for the maps though because as I say when the new pack comes out within the next month or so they are making the Heroic pack free.
 
It's slightly annoying that the medals you achieve go into your social stats. As it would be nice to fill out a few more of the medals on the ranked bit. Though I haven't really played that many games. (if you can call a couple of hundred not many) :p
 
It's funny beating level 40+ players with all the achievements and levels when I'm only a level 35 with hardly any medals and missing a lot of achievements :p
 
How do you unlock the acheivements for finding skulls O_o

I picked one up, dunno what to do with it so I dropped it.
 
Should get them for picking them up, You may have picked up one of the silver skulls. Only the gold ones give you achievements

You get the achievement instantly in most cases, I think the only one you have to complete the level with in your hand in the IWHBYD skull after you have jumped through the rings in order to make it appear
