I am in Bohan at the moment and still haven't done 100% or Roman's missions but in the phone the option of a job is gone, how can I finish Roman's missions?

It comes back, dont worry. He phones you up and says that the business is running again or something along those lines.
 
Sometimes Clarence (or any other goon implicated in a kill/release choice scenario) come back later in the game for an odd Random Mission or two. None of these Random Character missions go towards 100% of the game... so I would say the choice really is purely a moral one :P.

One thing that puzzles me, the other day I was scrolling through my phonebook, saw Little Jacob and had the option to "Go sailing" Since then, or before, I've never seen the option for him, or anyone else, hmm!

I'm with be and looking at the forums it's a problem with the Bebox :'( Users that replaced it with a netgear say it's working perfectly.

I noticed in the intrusion detection UDP_rate_limiter is in the 1000's but nothing for anything else so I might fire up GTA and see if that's what's causing the disconnects.

I got something different, first time I tried it got the choice on the roof and got killed by police on the way out (damn super dark stairwells). Second time he tried to make a run for it out of the apartment complex instead of going to the roof and I had to give chase and shot up his car before he could drive off, no choice.
 
are there actually any "good" helicopters? The only ones i have flown are brucies and the ones on the helitours... no apache :D?

Could be but there is soo many things they could do with ,like more clothes shops,more restraunts and maybe have the cinema open (something i pondered on the other night as dating is very limited and the cinema is top dating place in my mind),theres also loads of other buildings which could be used for expansion alover the game to be honest,how they are gonna do it we dont really know yet :o

The Annihilator is quite fun but sadly not enough fire power to take down a 747 (surely im not the only one to try it?) with its 2x gattling guns i tryed for ages it wouldnt blow up :p even went kamakzee on one it just bounced off the 747 and swiftly plumetted to the ground with no rotors hehe lol
