Hey Guys, one of my first post's here "of many to come", I took these at Silverstone on sunday 8th june testing out my new 500mm sigma lense i recently bought.

What do you guys/girls think ?

first pic is canon L series 24-105mm
the rest are on my 500mm sigma

Err...forgot to mention, first pic is from a canon L series lense at lydden hill racetrack

Like a comparison with L series Vs Sigmas EX

My camera aint the best but here's a remastered shot from Oulton Park last year. With a focal length of 36mm, I don't think it's too bad lol.

I love this. If you had it, I'd happily take a 1280x800 version for my desktop. :p

I could rotate it and make it 1280x800, but l don't think it'd look as good at that angle, however, another shot from my playing around looks decent horizontal, gimme a shout if you want the other or this one and i'll do them for you.

WOW love that pic Mike, how did you get the sky looking like that?

I think i need to get some filters or learn how to process as my skies always look washed out and uninteresting.

It's an HDR shot to get more detail, and then I adjusted the saturation to make it a bit more dramatic. Glad you like it :)
