Bah, game still won't play on my machine. Going format and try on a clean install. Spent about 10 hours so far not getting it working.
I tell you, I'm not going to play this one like I normally play RPGs. I'm going to murder every single NPC I find as retribution for the pain the game has put me through

Only if you try to do it all at once.
Most of the tasks seem pretty passive - things that will happen naturally anyway (get injured, get irradiated, find some rad-moles etc). Plus Moira's so completely nuts it's pretty amusing

I was able to skip 1 part of her quests casue i took a perk and told her 'whats the point of going there when i can tell you all about it'

I'm having no problem with them, apart from the Mirelurk egg quest, I wanted the special complete, so couldn't kill any, but got a bit lost, and ended up running around in circles with a conga line of about 12 Mirelurks following me around, lol!
I used a stealth boy and used sneak but I was too slow so in the end I was also running around in circles being chased by Mirelurks
That made me lol. There was no way I was going for the special complete. Stupid mirelurks...took most of my ammo to kill the gits.
I did the special complete on the Radiation one though.....at least now I can re-grow legs
There are more people than just moira you can stell stuff to? Who?!
There are roaming traders all over, usually just outside Megaton and I encountered one neer the RobCo plant and near Rivet City, also there is a guy in the vampire lair you visit for a side quest and there is one in Rivet City Marketplace.
Oh sorry...I just meant in Megatron, although I did once see traders outside the gates, but I had no caps, and nothing to trade

If you go arround the back of the monument you go into a small sewer. There are only 2 Mirelurks here and just arround the 1st corner is a spawning pod. Simply sneek arround the corner undetected and then do a runner, job done !
